Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026

The short version: InkFist does not collect, store, sell or share your personal data. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and we run no servers.

What stays on your device

Your game progress, settings, purchases and the name you type in Settings are saved on your device. If iCloud is turned on, the same save is kept in your personal iCloud key-value storage so it syncs to your other devices. We cannot see it.

Highlight clips are recorded only if you turn the feature on, stay on your device, and leave it only when you choose to share them.

Apple services

Online matches, leaderboards and achievements use Apple's Game Center. In-app purchases are processed by the App Store. These services are run by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We receive no payment details or contact information.

Playing with others

During a Nearby or online match, your device exchanges your controller inputs and your display name directly with the other players in that match. Nothing is stored afterwards.

Nearby play uses your local network. iOS asks for permission the first time you open it.

Children

InkFist is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
